Get a city boy to the country and what do you find for them to do? Four Wheelers! They could last for hours--or until the gas tank runs out! We had a fun afternoon this past Sunday with our company. Jacob had 4-wheelers, Aaron had a Game Boy, and Brittney had dolls! (Sorry I didn't get your picture, Brittney!)

Just About Like Building A Boat In A Basement...
(Above)Bringing the shed into our yard
(Below)What gives? Neither the tree or garage!
(At this point, it is off the trailer and on dollies)
...once you get it built, how do you get it out?!
Wayne has had some serious storage woes going on here! Something like too much woodworking stuff and not enough garage! (Except he says you can never have too many woodworking tools!)
This weekend his new shed arrived. The only problem--as it was making its way into the back yard--neither the oak tree or the garage was willing to scoot over to fit the shed through.
While I look back over the pictures I can tell about the time I got too nervous to watch what obviously wasn't going to fit! There is NO other way into our backyard!
The guy that was delivering it kept saying they would get it back there NO PROBLEM! They finally unloaded it off the trailer and put dollies under it and pulled it through. Once the eaves cleared, it was clear sailing into the backyard!
I'll post a picture of the old shed that we are emptying out. It hopefully will get torn down this summer! The new shed is much improved!

End of Year Performances
These are some videos from Carlin's Youth Orchestra. It's been fun seeing the change in their playing each year. This is his third year on violin. You can't see him very well. He is in the 2nd row from the left--but the music stand blocks him. His hand and bow can be seen!

...And More Happy Feet!
This must be a continuation to others stories around the country, referring to Happy Feet and our little piggies! I had just taken these pictures of my guys working in the garden when I read Amy's post!
I was quite impressed with the boy's helping Dad weed vegetables. They are not fans of beets, onions, spinach, or carrots, but they helped weed them all and didn't even pull them all out in the process!
Nothing like the feel of warm dirt on bare feet!
